Return Policy

At Mathias Schilling Art, each artwork is carefully created, inspected, and packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

 

Returns & Cancellations

Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, except for commissioned, customized, personalized, or made-to-order artworks.

To request a return or cancellation, customers must contact us within the 14-day withdrawal period. Returned artworks should be shipped back in original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned artwork. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and include:

Your order number

Photos of the artwork

Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.

 

Commissions & Custom Artwork

Commissioned, personalized, or custom-made artworks are non-refundable once the creative process or production has begun.

 

Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees required by their country. Mathias Schilling Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
